Multi Million Pound Development at Leeds Train Station

Dubbed the ‘gateway Yorkshire hub’, Leeds train station is the UK’s second busiest train station outside of London. Connecting cities across the North of England, London and the South. 

 

Although HS2 seems way off in the distance, the signs are starting to appear at the £161m investment to improve and refurbish the station over the next five years in preparation for the high-speed trains that will cut journey times by half. 

 

Metron has been involved in this prestigious project, providing a measured building survey for all of the retail space and busy entrance to provide an accurate representation of the layout of this part of the building, its structural elements and architectural features.
